Consent is king for anything adult in nature. No exceptions, you need some kind of consent.

We have some cubs - actual infants who are NOT adults in the context of RP. As headmate types vary a lot, assume anyone presenting a character as a child, has a sentient being of minor age. With obvious restrictions. //Note: I'm aware that some communities the term cub has taken a less favourable connotation. I don't care, this is our server, so here it means a genuine minor.//

Emotional guilt tripping should be kept to a minimum and even then only if it's genuinely part of a shared narrative both sides are happy with. It MUST be abandoned if one side does not want the attachment involved. //RP can mean a lot so many players, in the moment, so this is very important.//
